PILATES CLASSES 

Where:  Grace Baptist Church, 7171 Oak Ridge Hwy., Knoxville, TN 37931

When:  Tuesdays (January 26-March 16, 2010)

Cost:  $10 per class

Bring a mat and water and join us.  Anyone can participate, beginner to advanced options are given. Prenatal Participants are welcome and will be given modifications. Email me for more information.

Requirement for Prenatal Participants:Clearance from your physician is required before your first class. Prenatal Participants-please bring a couple of pillows also.
